## Code

```php
if ( ! is_multisite() ) {
    return;
}
// Sites created from Network Admin or WP-CLI (WordPress 5.6+).
add_filter( 'send_new_site_email', '__return_false' );
// Sites and users activated through wp-signup.php.
add_filter( 'site_option_registrationnotification', function () {
    return 'no';
} );
```

## Notes

Site owners still get their own welcome emails; the "Registration notification" network setting is overridden while this is active.
