Code

add_shortcode( 'term_field', function ( $atts ) {
    $atts = shortcode_atts( array( 'name' => '', 'term' => 0 ), $atts, 'term_field' );
    $term = $atts['term'] ? get_term( absint( $atts['term'] ) ) : get_queried_object();

    if ( ! $term instanceof WP_Term || '' === $atts['name'] || ! function_exists( 'get_field' ) ) {
        return '';
    }

    $value = get_field( sanitize_key( $atts['name'] ), $term );

    if ( is_array( $value ) ) {
        $value = isset( $value['url'] ) ? $value['url'] : implode( ', ', array_filter( $value, 'is_scalar' ) );
    }

    return esc_html( (string) $value );
} );

Notes

On singular pages pass term="12" with the term ID.
