Minimal Toolbar Option for ACF WYSIWYG Fields

Adds a "Minimal" toolbar choice to ACF WYSIWYG fields with only bold, italic, link and lists, for short formatted text where full editing is too much.

Pick "Minimal" in the field's Toolbar setting after activating.
