Disable Comments Completely
Turns comments off everywhere: closes comments and pings, hides existing comments, and removes the Comments menu, admin bar item and comment feed links.
Snippet Library
Disable Features snippets for WordPress
Snippets that switch off WordPress features you do not use: comments, the block editor, RSS feeds, automatic updates, attachment pages and more. One snippet per feature, so you turn off exactly what you want and nothing else.
Stop Pinging Update Services
Stops WordPress from notifying ping services such as Ping-O-Matic every time you publish, which most sites no longer need.
