Show All Block Settings in One List Without Tabs
Removes the Settings and Styles tabs from the block sidebar in the editor, so every panel for the selected block is listed together again.
Opens WPIDE on
Code
// Blocks that keep the Settings / Styles tabs, for example 'core/navigation'. Leave empty to turn the tabs off for every block.
$wpide_blocks_with_inspector_tabs = array();
add_filter( 'block_editor_settings_all', function ( $settings ) use ( $wpide_blocks_with_inspector_tabs ) {
$tabs = array( 'default' => false );
foreach ( $wpide_blocks_with_inspector_tabs as $block_name ) {
$tabs[ $block_name ] = true;
}
$settings['blockInspectorTabs'] = $tabs;
return $settings;
} );
Notes
Uses the editor's blockInspectorTabs setting (WordPress 6.2 and later). List block names at the top, such as 'core/navigation', to keep the tabs for those blocks only.
