Code

add_filter( 'allow_password_reset', '__return_false' );

add_filter( 'lost_password_html_link', '__return_empty_string' );

add_action( 'login_form_lostpassword', function () {
    wp_safe_redirect( wp_login_url() );
    exit;
} );

add_action( 'login_form_retrievepassword', function () {
    wp_safe_redirect( wp_login_url() );
    exit;
} );

Notes

The "Send password reset" button on the Users screen stops working too; set new passwords from the user profile instead.
