Code

<script>
document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function () {
    document.querySelectorAll('.et_pb_accordion:not(.wpide-keep-open) .et_pb_toggle_open').forEach(function (item) {
        item.classList.remove('et_pb_toggle_open');
        item.classList.add('et_pb_toggle_close');
    });
    document.addEventListener('click', function (e) {
        var title = e.target.closest ? e.target.closest('.et_pb_accordion:not(.wpide-keep-open) .et_pb_toggle_open .et_pb_toggle_title') : null;
        if (!title) { return; }
        var item = title.closest('.et_pb_toggle');
        var content = item.querySelector('.et_pb_toggle_content');
        e.stopImmediatePropagation();
        item.classList.remove('et_pb_toggle_open');
        item.classList.add('et_pb_toggle_close');
        if (content) { content.style.display = ''; }
    }, true);
});
</script>

Notes

Add the class wpide-keep-open to an accordion module to keep Divi's default behavior for it.
