Code

<script>
window.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function () {
    if (!window.jQuery) { return; }
    window.jQuery(document).on('submit_success', function (event) {
        var form = event.target;
        window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
        window.dataLayer.push({
            event: 'elementor_form_submit',
            form_name: form && form.getAttribute ? (form.getAttribute('name') || '') : '',
            form_id: form && form.querySelector ? ((form.querySelector('input[name="form_id"]') || {}).value || '') : ''
        });
    });
});
</script>

Notes

In Tag Manager, create a Custom Event trigger named elementor_form_submit; the form_name variable holds the form's name.
