MemberPress: Email the Admin When a Membership Expires
Sends you an email when a member's MemberPress transaction expires, so you can reach out personally before they forget about you.

Code
if ( ! class_exists( 'MeprUser' ) ) {
return;
}
add_action( 'mepr-event-transaction-expired', function ( $event ) {
$txn = $event->get_data();
$user = get_userdata( (int) $txn->user_id );
if ( ! $user ) {
return;
}
$member = new MeprUser( $user->ID );
if ( $member->is_already_subscribed_to( (int) $txn->product_id ) ) {
return; // Renewed or has another active transaction.
}
wp_mail(
get_option( 'admin_email' ),
sprintf( 'Membership expired: %s', $user->display_name ),
sprintf( "%s (%s) no longer has an active \"%s\" membership.\n\nProfile: %s", $user->display_name, $user->user_email, get_the_title( (int) $txn->product_id ), admin_url( 'user-edit.php?user_id=' . $user->ID ) )

Notes
MemberPress also fires this event for one-off transactions that reach their end date. Members who renewed in time are skipped.
