Code

if ( ! function_exists( 'pmpro_getMembershipLevelsForUser' ) ) {
    return;
}

add_filter( 'body_class', function ( $classes ) {
    $levels = is_user_logged_in() ? (array) pmpro_getMembershipLevelsForUser( get_current_user_id() ) : array();

    if ( ! $levels ) {
        $classes[] = 'wpide-pmpro-non-member';
        return $classes;
    }

    $classes[] = 'wpide-pmpro-member';

    foreach ( $levels as $level ) {
        $classes[] = 'wpide-pmpro-level-' . (int) $level->id;
    }

    return $classes;
} );

Notes

Visitors and members without a level get wpide-pmpro-non-member. Use PMPro's own content restriction for anything private.
