Change the Author URL Base From /author/ to /team/
Changes author archive addresses from /author/name/ to a word of your choice, such as /team/name/ or /writers/name/, to match how your site talks about its people.

Visit Settings > Permalinks and click Save once after activating or changing $wpide_author_base, so the new rules are built.
