$wpide_wc_widgets = array( // Widget classes to remove.

    'WC_Widget_Recently_Viewed',
    'WC_Widget_Top_Rated_Products',
    'WC_Widget_Rating_Filter',
    'WC_Widget_Layered_Nav_Filters',
    'WC_Widget_Price_Filter',
    'WC_Widget_Product_Tag_Cloud',
);

add_action( 'widgets_init', function () use ( $wpide_wc_widgets ) {
    foreach ( $wpide_wc_widgets as $widget ) {
        if ( class_exists( $widget ) ) {
            unregister_widget( $widget );
        }
    }
}, 20 );

Notes

Remove class names from the list for widgets you want to keep; blocks are not affected.
