Accessibility snippets for WordPress
Snippets that make WordPress easier for everyone to use: skip links, focus styles, better link text and fixes for common accessibility issues. For site owners who want a site that works with keyboards and screen readers.
Remove Autoplay From Embedded Videos
Strips autoplay settings from YouTube and Vimeo embeds in posts, so videos only start when the visitor presses play.
Skip Links to Navigation, Search and Footer
Adds a small set of keyboard skip links (main content, main menu, search and footer) that appear on the first Tab press. Links whose target is missing on a page are removed automatically.
Stronger Keyboard Focus Outlines in wp-admin
Makes the keyboard focus indicator in the WordPress dashboard thicker and higher-contrast on links, buttons, menus and form fields, so it is easy to see where you are.
