Dashboard Widget: Posts Missing WPML Translations
Adds a dashboard widget that lists your 20 most recent posts and pages in the default language with the languages they still need translating into.
English Dashboard for Administrators Only
Keeps the dashboard in English for administrators while the site and everyone else's dashboard stay in the site language, handy for developers supporting non-English sites.
Language Column in the Users List
Shows each user's chosen dashboard language in Users > All Users, which helps when you send emails or support in their language.
Preview the Site in Right-to-Left Mode
Lets administrators add ?wpide_rtl=1 to any URL to see the site and dashboard laid out right-to-left, so themes can be checked for Arabic or Hebrew without switching the site language.
Quick Dashboard Language Switch in the Admin Bar
Adds a language menu to the toolbar so each user can switch their own dashboard language in one click, using the languages installed on the site.
